As described before on lua-l, lua-users.org has never had HTTPS, any
URL you've found that links to it with HTTPS is broken, and has always
been broken.
I believe DuckDuckGo mistakenly thinks this website is accessible via
HTTPS, which I suppose means Bing might too.
