That's probably a good thing, as it's an archive primarily intended for 
historical purposes.

(Preserving all versions *somewhere* for future software archaeology and 
other history analyses is valuable, so even if 5.4.5 was retracted and 
removed from the main download page, keeping it in there (possibly with 
a warning as to why it was retracted) is good. I personally certainly 
appreciate it.)
