Hello Mr. Soldani.
Thank you so much for doing this initiative!
The most major project which could really use a proper maintainer is lgi, which is GObject bindings for lua, so it allows for the use of GTK

Hi, everyone.
If you know of a library or tool in the Lua ecosystem that lacks support for Lua 5.4, has pending bug reports, has been orphaned, or is currently looking for a maintainer, please let me know.
I am a Computer Science student at PUC-Rio, and I am working on an undergraduate project advised by Prof. Roberto Ierusalimschy. As part of my project, I am looking to adopt one or more libraries in the Lua ecosystem and contribute to open source software.
I believe that contributing to these libraries will be a great opportunity for me to learn and grow as a developer, while also giving back to the Lua community.
If you have any suggestions or recommendations, please feel free to reply to this email or contact me directly. Thank you for your time.
Best regards,
Gabriel Soldani
