Below is the internal announcement of the creation of lua-l, which
gives us the birth date of lua-l, after Roberto's test messages. I
guess it included Bcc for people outside Tecgraf that had expressed
interest in Lua, hence the message in English, but the Bcc list hasn't
been preserved.
