PPS: If all these operators also support metamethods for some
applications really would be nice (especially for "user defined
types").
In this event the @ then could be read as "alternative", so then the @
also would have some "senseful" meaning ... ./ this could be used as
reason why to use @.
(Just I do not feel competent enough to judge whether so many
additional "possible metamethods" would slow down already "basic Lua
working" considerably ... if this is the case then maybe do not invent
too many metafunction possibilities... but this I think other people
have to decide who have more understanding of the basic structure of
Lua...).
