[ANN] Lua 5.3.6 now available

Lua 5.3.6 has been frozen and is now the current and probably last
release of Lua 5.3.

Lua 5.3.6 fixes all bugs listed in http://www.lua.org/bugs.html#5.3.5 .

Like all minor releases, this is a bug-fix release.
