No quite. The link from the GitHub README to the docs is
broken because the main page on www.lubyk.org is
not maintained, but the docs still exist at

https://lubyk.github.io/lubyk/

That main page says "fork me on GitHub", which any of us could
take up, even if only to put in the correct link to the docs.

I'm willing to contribute to extent of porting the modules I use
to Lua 5.4, when it comes, but I can't take responsiblity since
my Git knowledge is rudimentary and my experience of
cooperative work on GitHub is zero.
