[5.4] Binary rock compatibility

It seems like simply symlinking 5.3 to 5.4 is enough to make some
rocks run but not all. Specifically, rocks that create userdata don't
work.

Unfortunately, many rocks have a dependency <5.4 and won't build under 5.4.
