Since some time (don't know exactly when) any call of 'luarocks', even a call without parameters, ends with a segmentation fault. Everything goes well until that point, however. Neither re-compiling luarocks from the sources nor 'luarocks install luarocks` changes this behaviour. I'm on Linux, distribution is Crux. This is what 'strace luarocks` prints out:
