Ah, thanks for spotting this.
Lua.org has recently moved to a different web server. The move itself was
painless and was supposed to be transparent to the outside world. But, alas,
it's probably a configuration switch somewhere.
I find it very odd that different links in lua.org to say lua-5.2.3.tar.gz
can give different results.
