Thanks.  I had not actually checked the BN website.  (A gift of a Kindle sucked me into Amazon's ecosystem.) Either BN did not stock the book last July or the bookstore manager did not check the commercial division of his own company.  :)

PiL is printed and distributed by Ingram in the US. Try contacting them.
