Lua library for CGI scripts?

Can anyone recommend a decent library for writing CGI scripts in Lua?
Something that does query parsing, multipart MIME parsing, etc. I've
done that sort of thing before and really don't fancy doing it again if
someone's already sorted out the edge cases.

I have found cgi-lua, but it seems to be tied to Kepler --- I need
something that allows me to just drop an executable shell script into
cgi-bin and have it work.
