http://stevedonovan.github.com/files/penlight-1.3.0-core.zip just has
the Lua files - unpack and copy the 'pl' subdir onto the Lua path.
For both Windows and Unix I tend to make a symlink from that directory
to the module path.

Before Dirk makes his move, I'd say, yes I do need an install script.
But it will use Lua.
