[ANN ]lua-MessagePack 0.3.0 (spec v5)

I am pleased to announce a new release of lua-MessagePack.
MessagePack (http://msgpack.org/) is an efficient binary serialization format.

This release handles the specification v5 of MessagePack.

lua-MessagePack stays a pure Lua implementation, without dependency.
