The lLuaForge 404 error is due to a DNS configuration issue, which
will hopefully be resolved shortly. (I wasn't aware of it, so thanks
for pointing it out.)

For the time being, you can access the files by replacing
"files.luaforge.net" with "d32nhhgrnynrgh.cloudfront.net" in LuaForge
URLs.
