Is LPeg 12 officially released?

Hi,

I'm wondering why
"http://www.inf.puc-rio.br/~roberto/lpeg/lpeg.html"; is still refering 
LPeg 0.11 persistently
but
"http://www.inf.puc-rio.br/~roberto/lpeg/"; knows about LPeg 0.12.

I guess, I have to skip that old reference to lpeg.html and give 
index.html a chance...
