RE: how to statically link to luasocket, http.socket is not found

I copied them to the directory where my executable is, and that seems to work.

The error I get now is in the next email.

OK, so I am statically linking to luasocket, but the .lua scripts are not in my lib file.

Should I copy all of them to my application directory?

Or is there a better approach?
