Lua 5.1 and 5.2 are available for all architectures supported by Debian,
see the bottom of the page:
http://packages.debian.org/wheezy/lua5.2
Moreover many packages named lua-something provide something for
both versions of Lua. apt-cache knows it, just add 5.2 to the query.
Ubuntu rugularly pulls packages from Debian, hence you should find all
of that in your (reasonably recent) Ubuntu installation.
