at inequality operators (info sourced from  where not otherwise

Visual Basic, VB.NET , Pascal, Delphi/Object Pascal, Python
Smalltalk, MATLAB, Lua
Lisp , Ada

 PHP also has !==
 Python also has <> for deep inequality
 Perl 6 also has !==
 === and !== differ from == and != when the objects' type differ
