Depends on the children.

I would employ Lua to govern common human children.

I would employ Haskell to govern the universal platonic ideal form of a child.

Lua.  (She may be either Lua Pereira, the barmaid at the Trocadero,
or Lady Lua Ffolkes-Cholmondeley, whose family lost their fortune
when the fourth Baron wagered the estate at the baccarat table —
I don't care which, as long as I'm sure it's not that brazen floozy Flora
Haskell who tried to chat up Andy Capp of all people, or that
stuck-up bluestocking Dr Germaine Haskell, who threatened to
kick my b***s off because I opened a door for her.)
