All I can say is that the original message does contain those bytes.
The message headers contain
	Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
and the message displays fine in mutt for instance. Perhaps the
conversion from mail message to html done by MHonArc cannot handle
Content-Type, I don't know.
