I say "official" Lua should remain just "Lua".

If you look at Python, for instance (pun intended), the language is designed by the community and people make their own implementations (cpython is the most common, but you also have jython and PyPy and maybe others). Lua, on the other hand, is not designed by the community, but has a closed design by a very small group of people.
As such, Lua is what these people say it is, and nothing else. And the best way to say what it is is implementing it (what they do).
