I'll maintain any day that the community could do a better job listening
to the fresh ideas of those not yet accustomed to "the way it's done".

Precisely because they haven't accepted the idiosyncrasies yet and call
naked out as naked.

To construe an urge to change as prime motivator for naive contributions
is a good way to close your mind to what might actually be at issue.
