Thanks Joe, they were broken - no idea what that was - put it down to me being a github newbie. I've rebuilt the pdfs and uploaded them again, and as far as I can tell they work now. Let me know if you still have a problem (They didn't work immediately for me, but I suspect that's my ISP's cache)
