V4L for Lua

Hello people :D

I was looking for some V4L2 cameras bind to Lua, but I could not find anything, BUT, 

I'm here to announce the release of v4l-lua,  a small library binding V4L2 CAMERA API to Lua.

It's is still buggy and you can face a lot of problems, I have to fix a LOT of things, but works to me :D

PS: I've wrote it in one and half day, so, the code is not SO clean yet!
