Just noticed that this timeline puts 2.1 at the beginning of 1995. To
satisfy my curiosity I looked at javascript first release date,
according to [1], 1995. Despite this, there is no record that I can
find that javascript was influenced by lua, although the many
similarities are hard to ignore. Any comments in this regard?
