Project lead nominations for standard libraries?

Could we start nominating people to take the lead on developing the 
standard libraries?

Steve Donovan is the first person that comes to my mind. He is already 
involved with something similar in Penlight, he's very bright and most 
of all he seems super nice. I've been on this list for 1.5 years now and 
he's helped me a lot. I've never seen him get in a fight and I've seen 
him try to break up a few.
