Note: neither Lua nor Java are acronyms, so you can release the Shift key... ;-)

murgaLua (using capitalization of the site...) is told be run on Windows and Linux.
FLTK seems to run on Mac (according to http://fltk.darwinports.com/ at least), so it is 
mostly matter of testing, I suppose.

I think you can use LuaSocket for that.
No idea for the other components.
