Sorry for the noise (and for the double post earlier; email program
wanted to send before I was done), but in all fairness I wanted to post
that some of the "serious" problems weren't as serious as I first
thought. Had a measurement issue.

The summary is that LuaBind and OOLua did NOT take up as much as I'd
thought, though they were still the heaviest bindings. I ended up
rebuilding all tests and verifying my numbers.

I'm still planning on using tolua++ for now, but will likely end up with
custom bindings eventually -- possibly using Dub or a ported-to-Lua Dub. :)
