Now updated, thanks for all the constructive criticism.

- Creative Commons Licence; all uses allowed as long as source as  attributed
- No weird capitalization in titles (this is not German or 18th Century English)
- extra Lua 5.2 features mentioned, link to wiki and Corsix's analysis
- Lame Alien micro-benchmark does not mention LuaJIT
- No more reference to LuaJIT 1, link to luajit.org
- SciTE ref fixed
- Lua on Android refs fixed
- IUP tutorial ref removed (now part of the official documentation.)
- References to lqt, ltcktk and lgob added.
- Metalua and try/catch refs; LuaMacro ref removed.
- Lua for Windows refs changed to google code.
