Hi all,
my firm Oce (which you might have visited in 2006 when the Lua
workshop was organized there) is looking for *Dutch* partners to start
up a Lua based innovation project. Specifically we're inviting any
small software company and university to team up with us. The subject
of such a project is very much open to suggestions, although we have
some leads ourselves of course. Do you work in a small Dutch firm or
at a Dutch university and would like to participate, please contact me
for further details. Use either my Lua-list address or contact me at
wim.couwenberg@oce.com.
A bit about Oce: it is a developer of professional printing, copying
and document management systems. My work there is mainly involved
with developing the controller software for our digital
printers/copiers. I've been using Lua at Oce in the past mainly for
prototyping/proof of concept stuff. However, we would like to take
that a step further to see if in fact parts of our systems could be
developed or refactored using Lua. See http://www.oce.com for more
information on my company.
We're very much looking forward to our future cooperation!
Bye,
Wim
