Luajit - Errors in 'make': make[2]: warning: Clock skew detected. Your build may be incomplete.

The errors not just begin with the make process but already earlier
when unpacking the tar file:

    tar: LuaJIT-1.1.5/<File>: time stamp 2008-10-24 20:00:00 is
55761.644116275 s in the future
    ...
   (the entire file 'tarlog' is attached below)

Then the 'make' process.
    $ make linux

First, I have time related errors again:
    1 make: Warning: File `Makefile' has modification time 5.5e+04 s
in the future
    2 ...

Then, at the end of make process I get the "Clock skew" errors:

   46 ...
   47 make[2]: warning:  Clock skew detected.  Your build may be incomplete.
   48 ...
   (the entire makelog is attached below)

Hmm.... any ideas?
