This zip contains a single .html file with the whole text. The
conversion was a very quick-and-dirty job (in fact, I simply exported
the document to HTML and adjusted the style sheet), so there may be a
few rough edges. But hey, if it walks like HTML and quacks like HTML, it
must be HTML:-)
