Well, no I don't want that tool, so I don't have it.

However there _is_ a Lua package called "Leg" [1] which is basically all
the grammar rules for Lua in conveniently usable form, intended for use
by "source grovelling" tools.  I suspect it wouldn't be particularly
hard to write a "style enforcer" program using Leg if you really feel
that's appropriate.
