It's a slow week. People need some entertainment. Therefore the storm of wackiness. This happens every now and then :P

That said, the core Lua language itself is very stable and mature.

Those interested in more, hmmm, esoteric endeavors, could find happiness and contentment with libraries such as metalua [1], ltokens [2], etc...
