In the context of HTTP header, there is things like
Content-Md5 or Content-Length.


And ETag, TE etc. In the MIME RFCs, you will find

    MIME-Version
    Message-ID
    Content-type
    Content-Type
    Content-transfer-encoding
    Content-Transfer-Encoding

All as examples. I don't think there is a solution to this
problem.
