Only if one wants to share these things between
modules. But not not many modules need to.
I am testing this with my xyssl binding with static
link C library, using the windows socket handle passed
by luasocket(s:getfd(), which at the moment is using
VCRT.DLL) and it works. This is because I am only
passing around the raw window handle(not the C runtime
wrapped one).
