Method #1: Added the site.xml file as a remote install URL, told Eclipse to
find new features, it didn't find anything ("No features found").
Method #2: Unzipped the zipfile in the appropriate directory, but when
restarting eclipse with -clean nothing appears in About->Plugins, despite the
org.keplerproject.* directories correctly being in the plugins directory.
No errors appear in the workspace/.metadata/.log file.

Ubuntu Feisty Linux, with Eclipse 3.2.1 installed in my home directory from
eclipse.org rather than through the Ubuntu package manager.
