Lua Workshop 2008

Lua folks,

Well, I had hoped to be able to attend HOPL and help organize a BOF 
session, but I won't be able to make it.

So instead I think it's high time to start planning for a 2008 Lua 
workshop and I am volunteering to host it at George Washington 
University in Washington, DC.  Even better, I've checked with my 
department chair and he's on board with the idea (after making sure to 
mention that the department was short on cash... :)  At this point I am 
entirely open as to times, format, etc.  So let me know what you think.
