[ANN] Luatcc 1.0.0-rc1

I've just released the first release candidate for luatcc 1.0.0.

The package for version 1.0.0-rc1 is available at :

Any feedback would be appreciated. The release will probably become
final next week-end, unless major flaws appear until then.
