there are

mingw-utils-0.3.tar.gz
gcc-g++-3.4.2-20040916-1.tar.gz

in my mingw packages

and it's

w32api-3.2.tar.gz         (version 3.2)
mingw-runtime-3.7.tar.gz  (version 3.7)

and there is no

mingw32-make-3.80.0-3.tar.gz

i don't know if this would make any difference

2006/12/12, Austin Xu Wang <xu4wang@gmail.com>:
