Yeah that is what I mean. Im not sure that Lua needs a real news group right now though in time it would be a good thing to have. For now a google group would work(in my opinion).

Google Groups aren't newsgroups --- they use the same interface, but
they don't get propagated to USENET. If you want a real newsgroup, then

call for a vote --- the procedure is rather long and complicated.
