I am definitely interested in the project. But I am not sure I can use it without I have the sources. That is the one of the reasons I use Lua - I can debug / test / understand what happen inside the sources.

It is free (as in beer) to use for now. I may release the source in the 
future if there is some interest. I will probably be dual-licensed (GPL 
for GPL commercial for commercial), but I don't know yet.
