Is this release of Coco compatible with the current Lua 5.1 (beta) 
distribution? Or is there something more recent available?

Alternatively, is there a simple way to unwind exceptions in the stock 
Lua without introducing an additional layer of coroutine for that sole 
purpose (ala coxpcall)?
