[Ann] Xavante 1.1 Beta

Hi,

Kepler Project's Xavante and Javier Guerra's luahttpd have merged in a
single project and we have just released the first public version of it
with:
* Copas as the dispatcher
* source base merged with luahttpd
* a new configuration file with simpler rules
* an updated coxpcall.lua

Xavante is free software and uses the same license as Lua 5.0. Xavante 1.1
follows the package proposal for Lua 5.1.
