sajax Lua port

I've ported SAJAX from PHP to Lua.  (CGILua, in fact)

it's included in it's website, along with the original PHP, and Perl and Ruby 
ports:

this is the kind of things that could be _far_ more efficient in Xavante, 
registering the exported functions directly in the URL path decoder.  I'll 
try that someday...
