LuaExpat lom failed

Hi group,

   I had been tryed to install luaexpat 1.0, witch is
work, but I can't use the function proved by Lua
Object Model on lom.lua.

   When I try use it appears:

lua: test-lom.lua:48: attempt to index global `lom' (a
nil value)
stack traceback:
        test-lom.lua:48: in main chunk
        [C]: ?
 
   The file test-lom.lua is supplied by the luaexpat
package.

    Does anyone has any sugestionm to correct this?
