[ANN] LuaExpat 1.0 final version

The Kepler Project has released the final version of LuaExpat 1.0.

LuaExpat is a SAX XML parser based on the Expat library.
It also provides Lua Object Model (LOM) which is a representation of
XML elements through Lua data types.

LuaExpat is free software and uses the same license as Lua 5.0.
LuaExpat 1.0 follows the package proposal for Lua 5.1.
