[ANN] bitlib and rexlib for Lua 4.0 removed

Belatedly, as promised last month, I've removed my C libraries bitlib 
and rexlib for Lua 4, since no-one expressed any interest in the Lua 4 
versions. If this distresses you, drop me a line.

The Lua 5 versions are still alive and well, of course.
