We made FLTK binding for our project, also transforming Fluid (FLTK dialog
editor) to export Lua code. We used Tolua++ (http://www.codenix.com/~tolua/)
to produce binding code. Sadly, it isn't stand-alone since it uses our
framework, also it's not much tested, but if you wish I can send it to you.
